9a999 VIP — Weekly Cashback and Special Rewards for Regular Players
9a999's VIP program is arranged in four levels — the weekly cashback rate increases and the benefits grow at each level. The more you play, the higher you rise.
9a999's Four VIP Levels at a Glance
9a999's VIP structure is tier-based — starting from Bronze and going up through Silver, Gold, and the highest level, Platinum. Each level has a distinct weekly cashback rate and added benefits. The four levels are described below.
Bronze
The starting point of the VIP journey. Regular play allows entry into this level and the opportunity to move up further.
Silver
The next step after Bronze. The cashback rate doubles and access to special platform offers becomes available.
Gold
The real VIP experience starts here. Gold level comes with cashback as well as added priority.
Platinum
The highest VIP level at 9a999. With the highest cashback rate and exclusive benefits, it offers the most premium experience.
How Weekly Cashback Is Calculated
9a999's VIP cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week — that is, a fixed percentage of what remains after subtracting winnings from total losses for that week is returned as cashback. The rate depends on your current VIP level.
Say you are at Gold level and your net loss for the week is ৳20,000. Then your cashback will be: ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220. This is an example of the maximum cashback at Gold level.
The rate increases at higher levels — reaching up to 1.5% at Platinum. Cashback is generally paid on a weekly basis and is added directly to your account.
How to Move Up the Levels
9a999's VIP system is automatic. No separate application is needed — the platform determines your level based on your playing pattern and consistency.

Welcome Bonus and VIP — How They Work Together
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus amount becomes withdrawable after being wagered 15 times. For example: ৳1,000 deposit gives a bonus of ৳1,500 → balance ৳2,500 → wagering ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.
The betting activity involved in completing the wagering requirement also contributes to VIP level advancement. So while playing with the bonus, a member gradually progresses through VIP levels as well.
Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, with a minimum of ৳500. Withdrawals use the same methods — minimum ৳500 — and are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

It's not cashback, responsible play is the real goal
An Important Note on Responsible Gaming
Weekly cashback is a benefit, but it should never be a reason to play more. Playing beyond your budget to increase the cashback rate is harmful, and 9a999 does not support this.
Set your weekly budget before you play and stay within that limit. Decide the amount for each session in advance — without considering whether cashback will be earned. Remember, playing is for entertainment — not as a solution to financial pressure.
Read the Responsible Gaming page to learn more about responsible gaming. Applicable for players aged 21 and above. Observe the age limit.
